Stainless Steel Washers for European Fastener Distributors

HUIHUI makes A2 (304) and A4 (316/316L) stainless steel washers in its own factory in Jiashan, Zhejiang. This page is for fastener wholesalers and distributors in the EU and the UK who stock DIN and ISO washers: what we make, the terms, what CBAM adds per thousand pieces, and how a first order runs.

What we make for stock lines

What CBAM adds per thousand pieces

Since 1 January 2026 you, as the EU importer, carry the CBAM obligation for washers (CN 7318), unless your covered imports stay below 50 t a year. We cannot obtain the steel mill’s emissions data, so declare our washers on the Commission’s default value.

On the 2026 default value and the Q2 2026 certificate price of €75.28, flat washers carry about €277 per tonne. That is roughly €0.51 per 1,000 DIN 125 M8 washers (1.85 g each) and €1.76 per 1,000 M12 (6.34 g). Every invoice line shows the CN code and net weight you need for the declaration. Run your own figures in the CBAM cost estimator.

Material evidence, stated plainly

We do not issue EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates: our coil suppliers do not pass on the steel mill’s certificate. What you get instead is a PMI reading from our own handheld XRF spectrometer with the order, and on request a test report from an independent third-party lab. If your customers require a 3.1 for a line, tell us before you order, so you can decide with your quality team.

How a first order runs

  1. Send your list: standard, size, grade and quantity per line. A spreadsheet by email to [email protected] is fine.
  2. We quote within one business day, with packing and freight options.
  3. Samples for your goods-in check, if you want them.
  4. You pay the 30% deposit; standard items ship within 1–2 weeks.
  5. You receive the XRF reading and shipping documents, and pay the 70% balance against the bill-of-lading copy.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum quantity per size?

No. There is no minimum order quantity, per size or per order. You can mix sizes, standards and grades in one shipment.

Can you pack to our quantities and labels?

Yes. Neutral packaging with your own labels is our standard, and pack quantities and custom packaging are available on request.

Do you supply EN 10204 3.1 certificates?

No. Our coil suppliers do not pass on the steel mill’s certificate, so we cannot issue a 3.1. We supply a PMI reading from our own handheld XRF spectrometer with the order and can arrange an independent third-party lab test report on request.

How do you support our CBAM declaration?

Each invoice line carries the CN code (7318 22 00 or 7318 21 00) and the net weight. We cannot obtain the steel mill’s emissions data, so the declaration runs on the Commission’s default value; at the Q2 2026 price that is about €0.51 per 1,000 DIN 125 M8 washers.

What are your payment terms?

T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
