The more of this we have up front, the tighter and faster the quote. If you have a drawing or sample, send it — we will quote to your print.
No drawing? A photo, a catalogue reference (e.g. DIN 9021 M10) or even a sample is enough to get started. We help you finalise the spec.
- Standard or drawing — DIN 125 / 9021 / 433 / 127, ASME B18.21.1 / USS / SAE, or your own print / sample.
- Material — 304 / A2, 316 / 316L / A4, or "not sure" and we will recommend the grade for your environment.
- Size — nominal bolt size or OD × ID × thickness, in metric or imperial.
- Quantity — per size and total annual volume if it is a recurring requirement.
- Finish — bright / passivated, polished, electropolished, black, zinc or Geomet.
- Target market — destination country and any compliance needs (RoHS, REACH, mill test certs / EN 10204 3.1).

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the part, material and finish — standard items run lower than custom, made-to-drawing parts. Send your size and quantity and we will confirm the workable minimum for your specific part in the quote.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we export worldwide and regularly supply distributors and OEMs across Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, Oceania and beyond. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP, with export-ready packing and full HS-code documentation (7318.22 flat / 7318.21 spring). Tell us your destination port and preferred Incoterm.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, samples are available on request. For standard items we can usually send representative parts; for custom work we provide pre-production samples or a first article for approval before the full run. Mill test certificates (MTC / EN 10204 3.1) are also available on request.
