The more of this we have up front, the tighter and faster the quote. If you have a drawing or sample, send it — we will quote to your print.
No drawing? A photo, a catalogue reference (e.g. DIN 9021 M10) or even a sample is enough to get started. We help you finalise the spec.
- Standard or drawing — DIN 125 / 433 / 9021 / 436, ASME B18.21.1 / USS / SAE, or your own print / sample.
- Material — 304 / A2, 316 / 316L / A4, or "not sure" and we will recommend the grade for your environment.
- Size — nominal bolt size or OD × ID × thickness, in metric or imperial.
- Quantity — per size and total annual volume if it is a recurring requirement.
- Target market — destination country and the documents you need. We cannot issue EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Export orders start at about 600 kg in total (roughly one pallet); smaller totals can ship LCL through your forwarder. MOQ per item: 1 carton per standard size, 100 kg per non-standard or custom item. Mixed sizes in one shipment are fine.
What are your payment and packing terms?
New customers pay by T/T: 30% deposit with the order, 70% balance against a scan copy of the B/L. We pack in neutral packaging with your own labels as standard, and can make custom packaging on request.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We have exported since 2010 and supply fastener distributors and industrial wholesalers in Germany, Austria, Italy and South Korea. We quote FOB or CIF on request, with export packing and HS code 7318.22 on the documents. Tell us your destination port and preferred Incoterm. Fastener distributor in Europe? Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, samples are available on request; the courier freight is paid by the buyer. For custom work we provide pre-production samples or a first article for approval before the full run. We verify the grade with our own handheld XRF spectrometer (PMI) and can include the reading with your order.
