HUIHUI (嘉善辉辉金属制品有限公司 · Jiashan Huihui Metal Product Co., Ltd.) is a stainless steel washer manufacturer founded in 2008 in Taozhuang, Jiashan — in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, where Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai meet. We sit in the heart of the Jiaxing fastener cluster, one of China's major fastener-producing regions, with neighbouring Haiyan County long known as the "Hometown of Chinese Fasteners."
Across a 10,000 m² plant, 120 staff produce roughly 3,600 tons of washers a year. Being minutes from Shanghai and Ningbo ports and under an hour from Shanghai Hongqiao airport keeps mills, surface-treatment lines and forwarders close — so a focused washer plant can hold tolerance, move quickly on non-standard parts and keep export logistics simple.
Our line is deliberately narrow: A2 (304), A4 (316) and 316L flat washers at the core, plus fender, spring, tooth-lock, square-hole and made-to-drawing washers — produced to DIN, ASME / USS / SAE and ISO references, or to your own print. We export to distributors and OEM buyers across Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and Oceania — the kind who specify on tolerance, traceability and on-time delivery rather than catalogue convenience.
Coil-fed precision stamping, built for volume.
The plant runs rows of high-speed YANGLI and SHINGLI presses straight off 304 / 316 stainless coil, backed by machining centers and CNC lathes for tooling, dies and non-standard work.

Material traceability
Grades from documented melts. Mill test certificates (MTC / EN 10204 3.1) and PMI are available on request for export compliance.
Export documentation & packing
FOB / CIF / DDP terms, EU- and US-market packing, HS-code paperwork (7318.22 flat / 7318.21 spring) and palletised loads.
