Who we are

This website is operated by JIASHAN HUIHUI METAL PRODUCTS CO., LTD. (嘉善辉辉金属制品有限公司), No. 368 Fenhu South Road, Lisheng Village, Taozhuang Town, Jiashan, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. We are the controller for the personal data described on this page.

For any question about your data, including a request for access or deletion, email [email protected].

Quote requests and emails

When you send the quote request form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address, country, product, material, size and quantity details and your message, and — if you choose to answer — “How did you find us?”.

The form is delivered to our sales mailbox by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a form-to-email service. A copy of the same submission, including the source information described in the next section, is sent to our enquiry account on the AiExport platform (haizhituo.cn), which we use to manage enquiries. If you email us directly, we receive what you put in your email.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on them. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR / UK GDPR).

How we find out how you found us (enquiry source attribution)

With your consent, our website stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember how you arrived at our site — for example a search engine, an online ad, an AI assistant, social media or a link on another website. We use this only to understand which channels bring us enquiries.

What is stored in your browser (only after you click “Accept”): first-party cookies _axv (random visitor ID, 90 days), _axf (first visit source: referring site, campaign (utm) parameters, ad click identifiers such as gclid, landing page, time; 90 days), _axs, _axl, _axp (session ID, session source and the last 10 pages viewed; 30 minutes), and a local-storage entry ax_attr (first and most recent source, landing page, number of pages viewed; renewed after 90 days, removed when you clear your browser data or withdraw consent). Your choice itself is stored in the cookie ax_consent for 180 days so that we do not ask again; this cookie is strictly necessary.

What is sent: on each page view after consent, the visitor ID, session ID, source information and page paths are sent to our service provider AiExport (haizhituo.cn), which processes them on our behalf in our account. AiExport does not store your full IP address or browser user-agent string. AiExport’s service runs on a server located in the United States (Los Angeles, California), so this data is transferred outside the UK and the EEA. Records in our AiExport account are kept for as long as needed to manage enquiries, at most 24 months.

Enquiry forms: when you send us an enquiry, the form includes the source information described above (if you have not consented, only the source of the current page visit, held in memory and never stored in your browser) and, if you choose to answer, “How did you find us?”. We use this together with your enquiry to respond to you and to understand where enquiries come from.

Legal basis: your consent for storing and reading data in your browser and for the page-view reports (Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR / GDPR, and the UK PECR or the equivalent ePrivacy rules in your country). For handling your enquiry, see the previous section.

Withdrawing consent: you can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you decline, the cookies and local-storage entry listed above are deleted immediately; only ax_consent remains to remember your choice. To request deletion of data already sent, contact [email protected].

Other things this website uses

Language preference: a local-storage entry huihui_lang holds only a language code (for example “de”), so that we send you to your language version once and then respect your choice. It is not used to identify or track you.
Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser therefore connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website; it processes technical data such as your IP address and the page requested in order to do so.
Google tag (Google Ads and Google Analytics): the site loads Google’s tag for Google Ads conversion measurement and remarketing (showing our ads to people who have visited this site) and for Google Analytics, delivered through our network provider Cloudflare. It sets cookies such as _ga, _ga_<ID> and _gcl_au and a local-storage entry _gcl_ls, and sends information about your visit (pages viewed, actions such as starting or sending a form, device and approximate location) to Google, which may process it outside the UK and the EEA. The choice in our cookie banner covers the source-attribution storage described above; it does not currently switch the Google tag off.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page loads (page address, referring page, browser and performance data) without setting cookies.

Where your data is processed and how long we keep it

Enquiries are read and answered by our own staff in China, so information you send us is transferred to China. The AiExport platform server is in the United States, as described above. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it; records in our AiExport account are kept for at most 24 months.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us for access to your data, a copy of it, correction, deletion, restriction of use, or object to our use of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Changes to this policy

If what we do changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
