Is HUIHUI a manufacturer or a trading company?
HUIHUI is a manufacturer. We have run our own plant in Taozhuang, Jiashan, Zhejiang — about 1 hour's drive from Shanghai — since 2008. Rows of high-speed JH21-series coil-fed stamping presses operate in-house. No intermediaries, no sourcing from third parties. We have exported since 2010 and supply fastener distributors and industrial wholesalers in Germany, Austria, Italy and South Korea. About the factory
Which stainless grades and sizes do you offer?
Grades 304 (A2), 316 (A4) and 316L (A4L). Flat washers M2–M64 (DIN 125 A / ISO 7089 / 7090 / GB/T 97.1), small-OD DIN 433 / ISO 7092 M2–M36, large-OD DIN 9021 / ISO 7093 M3–M24, plus inch USS / SAE. What DIN and ASME standards do your washers meet?
DIN 125 A, DIN 433, DIN 9021 and DIN 436; ISO 7089, 7090, 7092 and 7093; GB/T 97.1; and inch ASME B18.21.1 USS / SAE. We also produce to JIS, BS, NF, UNI and KS standards. We do not make spring, tooth lock or taper washers. Dimension & tolerance tables
Can you produce custom or non-standard washers to a drawing?
Yes. Send a drawing or a sample — we can stamp special ODs, IDs, thicknesses, chamfers and non-round hole shapes in 304, 316 or 316L. CNC tooling and die work are in-house. Custom orders include first-article inspection before production runs. Custom & OEM details
Do you provide mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1) or PMI?
We cannot issue EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates. We check the grade with our own handheld XRF spectrometer (PMI) and can include the reading with your order. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (cert No. 74326Q00174R001, valid to 2029-04-23). Quality & inspection details
What are your order, payment and shipping terms?
Export orders start at about 600 kg in total (roughly one pallet); smaller totals can ship LCL through your forwarder. MOQ per item: 1 carton per standard size, 100 kg per non-standard or custom item, and mixed sizes can share one shipment. New customers pay by T/T: 30% deposit with the order, 70% balance against a scan copy of the B/L. FOB or CIF on request; HS code 7318.22.
